Detergent factories are state-of-the-art processing facilities for the production of washing powders. A Ballestra stainless steel spray tower is used to atomize the detergent slurry, resulting in an even, free-flowing white and blue powder. Slurry preparation is automated and performed by a PLC. This ensures slurries with consistent properties and powders of consistent quality. In addition, we have a post-mixing plant, which has the great advantage of being able to process thermally unstable raw materials. Spray towers are used to produce products with different active ingredient properties. Most types of surfactants can be incorporated into formulations. This is an important factor in today’s world considering the different demands of the market. The stainless-steel tower ensures efficient and fast product changeover from blue to white powder and prevents contamination of all kinds of products. The spray tower is equipped with 8 spray nozzles ensuring optimal fuel consumption and consistent product quality. The soap department is fully equipped with Mazoni soap processing plants, including Sigma mixers, refinery plodders that ensure that the soap mass is uniform prior to extrusion, extruders and tampers.
